Our goal with this coffee was to make a roast that we felt really captured the magic and joy of the holiday season. We wanted to create a balanced and satisying roast that we would want to brew for our family on a chilly and snowy winter morning. A lot of care and love went into crafting this coffee and we hope that it shows! Our master roaster starts by sourcing his all-time favorite beans from the 3 main coffee regions of the world, Central America, Africa and Indonesia. He roasts each batch individually and then carefully blends them using the perfect ratio to create a balanced and exciting cup of coffee. The blend is made up of golden brown Yirgacheffe beans from Ethiopia, medium brown Costa Rican beans and a dash of dark Sumatran beans. The resulting coffee is a medium roast with low acidity, a touch of spice and a smooth finish. Everyone experiences coffee differently, but we taste notes of Milk Chocolate, Citrus and Clove!
