STRONG, BOLD, & COLORFUL.
This blend is made up of some of our most bold roasts. We roast Peruvian Beans to a dark, rich French Roast and then mix it with a lovely Costa Rica bean that is roasted to a medium-brown roast. The resulting blend is packed full of strong and bold coffee. Each person experiences coffee a little differently, but we taste notes of mocha, caramel, and strawberry.
Cafe Con Leche
ROAST LEVEL: DARK ROAST
TASTING NOTES: MOCHA, CARAMEL, & STRAWBERRY
The "Cafe con Leche" was introduced to me when I arrived in Miami. While most of the best are found at the local bodega, I truly understood what "Cafe con Leche" was all about when I was invited into my girlfriend's Abuelita's home to meet her family. It was there that I learned how to make the perfect "Cafe con Leche" and now I get to share that with you! Enjoy!
Step 1) Start by brewing a bold, strong coffee. If possible, we recommend using a “moka pot” or espresso maker, for an extra strong brew.
Step 2) Pour your extra strong coffee and stir in approximately 2-4 tablespoons of sugar to sweeten it up.
Step 3) Lastly, add in steamed or boiled milk and the result will be a wonderful, luscious, sweet & creamy Cafe con Leche, just like Abuelita would make.
