This blend is made up of some of our most bold roasts. We roast Peruvian Beans to a dark, rich French Roast and then mix it with a lovely Costa Rica bean that is roasted to a medium-brown roast. The resulting blend is packed full of strong and bold coffee. Each person experiences coffee a little differently, but we taste notes of mocha, caramel, and strawberry.
 
TANZANIAN PEABERRY • HIGH ACIDITY & SWEETNESS
The Tanzanian Peaberry is the perfect roast for coffee connoisseurs who appreciate light & bright coffees. We let these peaberries speak for themselves by roasting them lightly, allowing them to offer some of the peaberries key features such as bright acidity, sweetness, and concentrated and complex flavors. Each person experiences coffee a little differently, but we taste notes of peach, apple, and lemon.
 
BEACH IN THE CLOUDS • BIG BODY, ACIDITY, & SWEETNESS.
Our "Beach in the Clouds" is a warm, sunny day in a mug! This coffee is made up of a 3 bean blend, Bali Blue Moon, Costa Rica, and Yrgacheffee. The beautiful, big body comes from the Bali beans, and the notes of electric acidity and strong sweetness are attributed to the Costa Rica and Yrgacheffee. Each person experiences coffee a little differently, but we taste notes of cedar, lemon, and honey.
